Could you ever imagine that Head washing plays a major role in maintaining the health of your hair???? Yes it does! Hello Readers, this is my first ever blog I am writing to you all.
Head washing was never a technique, it was always the way you wanted. But the new emerging environment, filled with different kind of pollution, damages your hair so fast. Therefore I put before you the technique of head washing :)
It includes the certain time limit for each of the washing tasks like, shampooing, conditioning etc. Shampooing must be done on an oil free head as it cleans your hair and leaves them fragrant. Therefore, If you are washing an oily head, don't forget to wash it firstly with a soap. A soap usually helps us to remove the dirt and oil easily, so here are the tips for washing you head.
1. Wash your oily hair with any body soap you are using. Remember don't leave your hair after applying soap on them, just apply and wash it immediately.
2. Now take a regular shampoo of your choice and apply it onto your hair, massage it well for 2-3 minutes and then leave it undisturbed for another 3-4 minutes and wash it off.
3. The shampoo must be washed well before proceeding to the next step.
4. Now, take a small coin sized amount of conditioner upon your palm and rub it onto your hands, then apply it all over you hair. Remember NEVER APPLY CONDITIONER ONTO YOUR SCALP.
5. Wait for 3 minutes and wash it off.
DON'TS
1. Never use too much of soap on your hair. Washing by soap for once is more then enough.2. Never use too much of water for washing your hair. it might leave your hair dry.
3. After conditioning, you might feel your hair have shampoo in them but don't get confused, its conditioner, don't wash it again and again. Washing it once or twice after conditioning is enough.
4. Never use a body wash instead of a body soap for removing oil.
5. Never shampoo your hair more than once, it might make your hair dull and dry in long run.
I hope with these easy tips you can maintain your hair well and let them be damage free because of over shampooing.
